Tour Itinerary
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Following this, enjoy a welcome lunch before embarking on an unforgettable tour of Angkor.
We begin with a visit to Angkor Thom, the ancient royal city, entering through the South Gate, where well-preserved statues of asuras (demons) and gods line the bridge. Our journey continues to the iconic Bayon Temple, renowned for its approximately 200 intricately carved, massive stone faces. The tour also includes stops at the Royal Enclosure, the Elephant Terrace, and the Terrace of the Leper King, before concluding at the serene Preah Pithu Temples.
In the afternoon, we explore the magnificent Angkor Wat, the world’s largest religious monument, where you will admire its breathtaking architecture and intricate bas-reliefs. The day ends with a spectacular view of the temple bathed in the warm hues of the sunset.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic 50 km drive northeast of Siem Reap to the Kbal Spean Mountains. Upon arrival, enjoy a 30-minute trek through the forest to reach Sahasralinga, also known as the River of a Thousand Lingas. This extraordinary site features intricate 11th-century carvings etched into the riverbed, depicting Hindu gods and celestial beings.
On the return journey, stop at Banteay Srei, a breathtaking temple dating back to 967 AD. Renowned for its exquisite pink sandstone carvings, Banteay Srei showcases some of the finest and most intricate relief work in Khmer architecture.
Before heading back to your hotel, visit the Cambodia Landmine Museum, which offers valuable insights into the country’s past and ongoing efforts to clear landmines.

Next, explore Ta Prohm, famously known as the "lost-in-the-jungle" temple. This ancient monastery, largely overtaken by nature, is a stunning testament to the power of time, with its structures intertwined with massive tree roots.
After a break for lunch, visit the Silk Farm of Puok, a vocational training center dedicated to traditional silk production. This initiative, part of Artisans d'Angkor, was created to help young Cambodians develop sustainable careers in their home villages.
Conclude the day with a scenic stop at the Western Baray, a vast ancient reservoir measuring over 9 km in length and 2 km in width, historically used for irrigation during the Khmer Empire.

Begin with an exciting ride on the Bamboo Train, a unique local experience that takes you through scenic countryside, rice paddies, and traditional villages. Enjoy the fresh air and stunning rural landscapes as you glide along the historic railway track on this simple yet ingenious mode of transportation.
Next, visit the Banan Temple, a beautifully preserved 11th-century hilltop temple offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Climb the 358 stone steps to the top and admire the ancient Khmer architecture, often compared to a miniature version of Angkor Wat.
Afterward, explore nearby local villages, where you will gain insight into traditional Cambodian lifestyles. Visit family-run workshops and observe how locals produce rice wine, dried bananas, and handmade rice paper used in Cambodian cuisine.
In the late afternoon, head to Phnom Sampeau, a sacred limestone mountain with significant historical and cultural importance. Explore the hilltop pagoda and the infamous Killing Caves, a somber reminder of Cambodia’s past. As the sun begins to set, settle in at the Bat Caves, where you will witness the mesmerizing sight of millions of bats emerging in long, swirling formations against the evening sky.
