Day 1

You can arrive anytime at the hotel during the morning before the group meeting at noon followed by a welcome lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon, we will visit the complex of Angkor Wat, the largest and most impressive of all the temples. Its layout and its scale are simply breathtaking, the wall surrounding the enclosure measures 1,000 by 800 meters and the moat, said to represent the oceans of the world is 200 meters wide. This amazing temple homes the longest continuous bas relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls. At the end of the day, an elephant ride will bring us to the hilltop temple of Phnom Bakheng, to meet the crowd for a truly memorable sunset (if weather permitting). Overnight in Siem Reap. Explore Siem Reap Temple Tour

You will cruise on the Lake to the village of Preak Toal and then go in search of the bird sanctuary in the flooded forest with the assistance of a specialist guide for this area.
