Green Era Travel booked my hotels and arranged for a comfortable car and driver to take me all around Cambodia for a month. Mr Vibol (pronounced "Veebol") Thach was caring and flexible. I am an experienced Southeast Asian traveler(12 trips since 1971) and I sometimes I needed extra help reaching Pol Pot's home in the mountains or an obscure temple. Twice, I wanted to stay another day in a place during August, 2014, e.g Phoum Penh, or not, e.g. Koh Ker, and he made all those arrangements quickly. His English is wonderful and he does not over-charge. He has a wonderful sense of humor also. I do not hesitate to recommend him and Green Era Travel, his company. Paul Sarno

We recently returned from two weeks in Cambodia and Laos on a trip that was custom designed for us by Vibol at Green Era Travel. Vibol is professional, organized and on top of every detail. Our guide in Siem Reap, Mr. Mam, was delightful, knowledgeable and an outstanding photographer too. He lined up all of our shots with details we most certainly would have missed. In Laos we were met by Silasak at Vientiane Airport and spent 5 days with him. He was all we could have wished for in a guide and now he is a friend, too. Having been a monk for 17 years, he had an outstanding knowledge base and with our deep desire to learn everything we could about Buddhism, he made our Laos experience the best it could be. We plan to return to S.E.Asia and for sure we will be booking our next trip with Green Era Travel and Vibol.

I first visited Cambodia in January of this year with a brief stay in Siem Reap to do the touristy thing and see Angkor Wat. I decided to return in April and discovered the REAL Cambodia with Green Era Travel. This time, my tour was customized to my interests and included the many highlights of Cambodia: Bokor, Koh Tonsay, Kep, Phnom Penh (visited the haunting S21 Prison and Killing Fields), Battambang (bamboo railway was a blast!), and Siem Reap (sunset over Angkor Wat!). My guide, Vibol, was very knowledgeable and open about Cambodia's history, culture, and current affairs. And our driver was very professional, personable, and great fun (especially on our day trip to Rabbit Island!). These two made the trip so enjoyable and memorable. I have done a lot of travelling worldwide, and thanks to GET, Cambodia has become my favourite travel destination!

I've traveled to Siem Reap twice, and on both occasions (2009 & 2010) Vibol from Green Era Travel has organised my tours to Angkor Wat. I have found that Vibol provides excellent services and his tour guides are very informative, have pleasant personalities and speak english very well. I recommend the services of Green Era Travel to anyone visiting Siem Reap. I'll be returning to Siem Reap soon, and I will have no hesitation using Green Era Travel again.

I visited Seam Reap with my friends 2 years ago and until now Seam Reap is one of the places I want to visit again. Many thanks to Green Era Travel, especially Vibol. Our journey was full of smiles and pleasantness :) :)The first time I visited to Cambodia (Seam Reap) but Vibol was so friendly, kindly and took care us to made me really comfort of mind enjoying in Seam Reap. I liked the local food restaurant, Vibol recommended and went with us. So good and so cheap :D And I loved Angkor Way Hotel, the Fine Ceramic shop near this Hotel also. I was referred to Green Era Travel by a coworker in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for a short weekend trip to Siem Riep. We corresponded over email and phone, I was given recommendations on bus companies, hotel rates and places to visit in Cambodia. The service was very personable, organized and detailed. Vibol walked me through the step-by-step process of organizing my trip, reserved and booked my hotel room at a fabulous hotel nearby the Old Market that met Canadian standards. I was able to have a real Cambodian experience, even got to try crickets from the local market. I have referred Green Era travel to a friend who will be travelling to Cambodia next month. If I were to return to Cambodia, I would definitely use the services again. Exceeded my expectations.
