My rating for this holiday with Green Era has to be a five stars and I wanna share with you that I have travelled to a lot of countries, with a lot of tour companies. However, both myself and my partner agree that this is our best holiday ever with this travel agency. It exceeded all expectation by a long way. I can definitely say that I enjoyed every minute of my holiday starting with the wonderful experience of the Cambodian 'killing field' and then continuing with the uplifting visit to the temples of Angkor in Siem Reap. The local people are very warm and welcoming. I have a strong impression when touching, feeding and riding elephants. Learning about Cambodia's recent history. Moreover, I have a chance to admire the magnificent dawn at Angkor Wat - watch the sunrise over the iconic silhouette of the world's largest religious building. It's difficult to tell you all of my experience in Cambodia, especially in Siem Reap because it was all so great but just a few memorable moments in the temples at Angkor. About the company I chosed " Green Era Travel", thanks to their tour guides who are very professional, level-headed, good company, flexible and knowledgeable about the region, we had a memorable trip in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We really appreciated their flexibility shown in this trip. The administrative arrangements were very efficient and the tour guide very informative.... Thank you, Green Era Travel!

Green Era are everything you want from a tour company. Communcation pre trip was excellent and extensive, with tweaks and suggestions to the tour very welcome.Once we arrived everything ran smoothly. The days were organised, but flexible when we needed them to fit in with our new family requests (more time by the pool please !), the knowledge of the Temples area fantastic, and the exposure to Cambodian life was non-stop. Thanks to Mr. Soeung for the pre tour details and to Mr. Vanlonh - a fantastic guide who taught us loads about Cambodia. One of the best trips of our lifetime !!

令人非常满意的一天。 一开始先做了热气球升空游览了一遍吴哥窟，这是我们第三次到访吴哥窟古迹，但前两次都是略略一览，并没有仔细的游览。 通过这次green era travel的导游服务，非常细致的介绍吴哥窟古迹给我们听，比如小吴哥里隐藏很多丰富故事的壁画，又去了跟当地厨师做饭，整个旅途很愉快，贴心。

整个行程安排非常好及贴心。 虽然因为天气原因而导致需要改期，把行程往前安排。但是从早上开始，导游和司机就热情的接待我们，途中额外讲述了很多柬埔寨的风土人情，在吴哥窟里也非常详细与充满趣味的讲解吴哥的建筑特色和历史。 此外还有下午的cooking class，非常惊喜的由大厨亲自指导我们尝试做柬埔寨的美食。

We arrived at Phnom Penh and were promptly greeted by Sokpheak and the driver. Their first impression led me to believe that this would be a great trip, and it was worth every penny... We had an amazing time visiting Phnom Penh and Siem Reap thanks to our tour guides with Green Era travel agency. The first leg of our trip started in Phnom Penh and then we took a road trip up to Siem Reap for the second leg. I recommend doing the drive up to Siem Reap instead of flying, because it's another adventure in itself with wonderful sites to see, and the beautiful country side to explore. During the drive, we got to stop by a market in Skuon to try garlic fried tarantula! You most likely will not find this delicious treat in the city, and if you do it's probably not fresh. I kid you not, it tasted like soft shell crab! This agency is very flexible and can tailor a personalized itinerary to fit your needs. They don't force you to stick to a pre-made itinerary. We already booked our own flights (they can do it for you if you want, but we had already booked flights before we found a travel agency) but just didn't know the best way to manage our time for the 10 days we had available for our vacation to Cambodia. There were a few things we knew we wanted to do like go to the Killing Fields, bike to Angkor Wat, ride an elephant, and ride a boat on the Tonle Sap, but Green Era also added other interesting sites and activities to our itinerary that we didn't know about. We didn't want to have to worry about searching for meals, so they provided the best places for us to eat. We did have one night in Phnom Penh to ourselves to explore and found a nice restaurant via trip advisor called Malis. That was fine with us as we like exploring but we just didn't want to have to worry about safe meals (not used to the bacteria, wanted to avoid diarrhea!) mainly during lunchtime when we knew we'd be further out from the city limits. Green Era took care of that for us. My only complaint is that most of the menus are already set (restaurants have a set deal with all travel agencies but the food is still delicious) so you don't get to pick from any choices, and while the national dish amok is delicious, it was on the menu several times and we grew tired of eating it. A cooler with bottled water was always provided for us and each personal driver for each leg of the trip had nice clean vehicles. The tour guide from Phnom Penh rode all the way to Siem Reap with us to our hotel and introduced us to the new tour guide and driver for Siem Reap. They were knowledgeable, spoke clearly and answered any questions we had. My husband got to practice his broken Khmer language (he's American born in the states, but parents are from Cambodia) with the tour guides and learned new words as they corrected him. It was the first time either of us had been to Cambodia, and we loved our trip so much thanks to this travel agency! They took the headache out of planning and have the best prices since they are local versus using a travel agency from our country. We do recommend them!

We booked this tour for our 3 days/2 nights trip to Siem Reap. They accommodated to our schedule and planned the tour accordingly. We decided to book out own hotel. They picked us up from the airport in the morning of the first day and planned the day for us, taking us to different typical artisans and fragrance workshops, very interesting. They also took us to the market, where we got all our souvenirs :) we had lunch after and then went to the hotel to check in and have some rest before taking us to the circus in the night. The next couple of days they took us to all the important temples. Our guide Lonh is a local so he knew everything about the history of the temples, he was also very polite, funny and friendly, so he made our visit very pleasant. The driver was so kind too, always ready with cold water when we got to the car :) Thanks a lot to the whole team!

Have good time in Siem Reap..eventhough a bit worry on travel to Tonle Sap Lake by boat....Overall Mr Soeung will ter every nite to knw the feed back on that day...and Mr Laungh the guide ..is very knowlegdeable...... Good service by Green Era Travel.....keep it up guys....will promote and suggest Green Era to others.....

Dear Jeff, dear Jose, We have safely returned home after a 5 days trip in your nice country. We both loved Cambodia and will come back in close time. We would like to express our big thanks to you-Jeff and Jose (Soeung :) ), you had provided us a good impression from 1st meeting at the airport for a smooth journey, an attentive & professional service till the end of trip. The local tour guides in both location Siem Reap & Phnom Penh are good, informative, helpful guide, even Tuk Tuk & driver are well selected. Good choice of hotels, very nice meals (except set menu at Khmer house resto for Sunday lunch that should be changed). Overall is really good, you took care in detail even a reminding note for staying in PhnomPenh. We all feel regretly that our journey was finished so quickly. Again, thank you Jeff for your impressive service.
