Mr Samnung as extremely knowledgeable an answered all our questions about Angkor Wat. Lining up for tickets was made easy. I would recommend him as a tour guide. Camera is a must. Umbrellas were supplied when it rained quite heavily. The provided lunch was very tasty at a very nice open style restaurant. The driver was a very confident, safe driver.

It was our (I and my husband) first trip to Cambodia and we had many concerns, food being the major one. However, the magnificent structures carved out of the rich history and cultural heritage had already made a deep impression in us, that we could not help but pack our bags. We (I and my husband) were greeted with a smiling face at the Siem Reap International Airport. The person introduced himself as Mr. Lux from Green Era Travel was our guide to Cambodia’s rich heritage for the next couple of days. The transfer to hotel was smooth and comfortable. We were provided with a luxury airconditioned vehicle. After the check-in formalities were done, Mr. Lux explained about the plans for the coming two days of exploring Angkor. Throughout the tour, Mr. Lux made sure that we are comfortable. He is a thorough professional and a thoughtful person. Whilst guiding us through the monuments, he made sure that our privacy is respected and thoughtfully left us enjoy the place on our own. It never felt like a guided tour, though we enjoyed the comforts of being guided by a person who knows inside out of the place. We had concerns over food as we are strict vegetarians, but not even once did we face any problems. We were always served with tasty vegetarian dishes from both Cambodian and Indian cuisines. Mr. Lux made sure that we had enough cold water to replenish our fluid levels. I would like to extend my thanks to Green Era Travel and will definitely recommend them to our friends who wish to visit Cambodia.

The guide was good and knowledgeable. He took care of our group from different backgrounds. It was a lot of temples we had to see and due to hot weather, we were all very tired. The guide took initiative to take us around to more places where we wanted to go, which seems to us like he didn't want to stop working. As for the lunch, it was tasteful. So mostly good!

I took the half dayTonle Sap Tour, booked via Bookmundi. They replied to my inquiries pretty quickly and we booked the tour. Tour itself was lovely, our guide was a funny approachable guy ad despite it being dry season and there was not that much water on the river to lead to the lake, we were still given a fascinating tour. The only downside was that on the day itself, I think that they may have forgotten about us. When they were late to pick up, we asked the hotel to call them. However we were picked up soon enough by a private driver and we made it at the site just in time around the same time as the tour bus did. Overall, despite making a slight error, the tour manage to quickly fix the issue and we were able to enjoy our day :) Tip: Bring shoes as it can get dusty during dry season or muddy during wet season

Overall the trip is good, just the weather is hot. hotel,foods,guide,transportation all in well arrangement. would like to said thank you to Soeung and Vibol for the assistance and arrangement.

Très bonne organisation et bon suivi du Client du début à la fin. Véhicules confortables et très bons hôtels. Seul bémol, l'âge de nos 2 guides successifs (plus de 73 ans) difficiles pour eux de gravir les escaliers abrupts d'Angkor sous 38, 40 degrés, donc nous montions seuls sans les commentaires. Nous sommes ravis
