• More than 31 days before departure:  no charge
• Between 45 days and 20 days before departure:  cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost
• From 20 days and 48 hours before departure: cancellation fee 75% of the total cost
• Less than 48 hours/no show before departure: 100% of tour cost charge
