Phnom Krom Primary School located in Phnom Krom Village, Sangkat Siem Reap and Siem Reap City. It  is about 10 km from Siem Reap town on the Phnom Krom hillside near by Tonle Sap Lake.

The school has 876 students and 12 teahers. It consists of 17 classrooms from grade 1-6.

Most of the children are coming from  surrounding areas. Their families are farmers and fisherman who make less than 2 US dollars a day.

Jeff from 'American Friends' and Mr. Vibol are checking out the generator to purchase for the Phnom Krom Primary School.  


 

 

 

 

 

The school Principal and Vice-Principal receiving a generator to light the English class in the evening and for the school to use.  It was purchased and delivered to the school by members of American Friends while visiting Siem Reap.

 

 

 

 

 

 

English class students with their teacher.  Sponsored by American Friends Team.  Anyone can attend the class free of charge.  American Friends also help with school supplies, books, uniforms, and any special needs the school might have.
